We take you to discover and admire one of the largest flying birds on the planet, with a wingspan of 3 meters, the Condor of the Patagonian Andes shows us its greatness on the slopes and cliffs of Laguna Sofía.
Leaving from Puerto Natales, we head towards the area of Laguna Sofía, about thirty minutes away, to begin the trek that will take us along a wonderful path to the conglomerate rock walls where the incredible condors live.
During this journey we will be able to observe different small birds, eagles and condors, as well as a diversity of flora depending on the season.
The view from the summit is truly impressive as you can see the fjords and mountains near Laguna Sofía and its surroundings. It’s time to take a break for our snack in a prehistoric cave…
