•  Payment Method: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. We accept all major credit/debit cards. All transactions are charged in USD via a payment link.
• Free Cancellation: Cancel at least 7 days in advance for a 100% refund (applies to groups of up to 6 passengers) or at least 15 days in advance for groups of 7 or more passengers.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within the 7 or 15-day window (depending on group size) or no-shows are non-refundable.
• Weather-related policy: If the navigation is cancelled due to weather conditions, the option to reschedule or receive a full refund—specifically for the boat trip itself—will be offered.
• If the transportation has already been provided, there is no refund.
• If the tour is cancelled the day before and the transportation has not taken place, a full refund will be issued.
