A journey to go contemplate one of the most impressive glaciers of Patagonia: the Perito Moreno glacier. Located in Los Glaciares National Park, it is one of the most famous and visited in the world for its vastness and beauty.
After crossing the border where formalities are made to access the Argentinian side, there are four hours of travel to get to the lovely city of El Calafate where the local guide is incorporated to continue with the tour. After approximately one hour of travel we enter the park and a few minutes later we reach the Perito Moreno glacier first viewpoint. In front of the majestic glacier, you then have approximately 2 hours to admire it through series of walkways and balconies. For those who wish to enjoy from closer the walls of ice of this natural wonder, there is also the option to take a 1 hour boat tour. Then we start returning in direction of El Calafate where a brief stop is made before coming back to Puerto Natales.
